Let’s talk about
your process.
30 minutes online, no obligation and no sales deck. You describe how one process runs today, we ask questions. By the end you know whether it is worth automating and what it would cost.
Got a question before the call? The form takes a minute. We reply within one working day.
We don’t call out of the blue and we don’t add anyone to mailing lists.
What to have
to hand.
Nothing is required, but these three things halve the length of the call.
Not a list of all of them — just the one that keeps coming up in conversations with your team.
Even “about half a day a week” will do. You don’t need to time it to the minute.
CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, chat app — whatever the process currently runs in.
The first question is “what slows you down most” anyway, and the answer is usually enough to get going.
Before
you get in touch.
30 minutes. You talk through one process and we ask questions — how many times a week it repeats, who runs it, where it gets stuck. We show no slides and we don’t talk about ourselves unless you ask.
No. Just turn up with one process that annoys you. We’ll draw the rest out with questions.
The person who will later run the implementation. There is no “salesperson first, technical person later” stage.
Yes. Next to the form there is a link to the calendar — you book 30 minutes in an open slot and skip the emails. The form is for people who would rather write first.
Nothing happens. We don’t call to chase you, we don’t run email sequences and we don’t sign you up to a newsletter. If you ever come back, we pick up where we left off.
Within one working day. If your message arrives at the weekend, we reply on Monday morning.
Yes, and there is no catch. We treat it as a way of checking whether there is anything to discuss at all — implementing a process that won’t pay for itself is no good for us either.
